     Thunder rumbled endlessly throughout the night, accompanied by bright flashes of lightning. Flames burned angrily and brightly around the border of the castle, creating a bright glow in the surrounding meadows and villages. Silently and stealthily, the elves of the Whitescale assaulted the kingdom and headed straight to the castle.
